Phone support
Phone support services are offered to subscribers by SoftOne partners and SoftOne support personnel as a separate service.
The subscriber will be supported for an unlimited number of calls during working hours.
Support services are designed in order to ensure that the application is used with consistent quality. That is, they are not meant to improve but to restore a cerrtain level of operation quality computer has been achieved with previous services [Educational, configuration, etc.].
Electronic support
Electronic support is provided by the following means:Support Message
Support services provision using the application by selecting the appropriate job (Tools / Send message to support). Used mainly for issues that can be answered at a later time. The recipient of the message should reply within 48 hours. There is no restriction on the number of support requests.
SoftOne Forum
Access to special forum where opinions, ideas and answers to questions related to the operation of the service and the applications are recorded. We estimate that the forum will become an important support tool. 24 hour access.
Soft1 Knowledge Base
The documentation file is evolving daily, along with the new versions of Soft1 applications. Our Knowledge Base is the key point for the continuous updating of installations with its latest version. In the Knowledge base you will also find all recorded information, step-by-step procedures, other explanations, special guidelines etc on Soft1 applications.
